Formerly a management consultant responsible for delivering major blue-chip business transformation programmes, James is responsible for the strategic planning and day-to-day running of the Group.

A true entrepreneur, Dan was among the first to venture into composting and has experience of managing a number of successful businesses. He is in charge of sales and marketing for Wastewise.

Retired solicitor and partner in a law firm, Paul also has over 40 years' experience in waste management and advises on the legal and financial affairs of the Group.

Steve has over 10 years' accounting experience and is currently working towards the CIMA qualification. He is responsible for Finance and Service Delivery.

Sharon Milner

Sharon Milner, Communications & Community Liaison Manager

With over 15 years’ experience. Sharon manages all of our communications, PR, community liaison and marketing activities.

A certifed CPC holder with over 7 years' HGV driving experience, Stephen is responsible for our fleet of vehicles and coordinating waste collections from customer sites.
