Customer service
We believe in good old fashioned customer service. We actively engage with all our customers to help develop close working relationships based on continuous improvement.
Wastewise manages our service delivery in accordance with contractually agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) which we regularly monitor and review with individual customers.
We also ensure all our staff are effectively managed, trained and motivated to provide the best possible service to our customers at all times leaving you to focus on what you do best.
Environment & community
Wastewise places great importance on being environmentally and socially responsible, with particular consideration given to the local community. We aim to develop and maintain good relationships with our neighbours and ensure that all operations and developments cause minimal impact and disruption to the surrounding area.

We are committed to sustaining and improving the environment through the careful consideration of the facilities we provide and the way in which those facilities are constructed and operated in order to minimise any adverse effects on the environment and public health.
Health & safety
We also place great importance on health and safety - both within our own sites and throughout the communities and environments in which we work.
We invest considerable resources to assess and mitigate the potential risks to anyone affected by our operations. Where necessary we provide written Safe Operating Procedures to relevant employees.
Our stringent training policy ensures that all our employees are suitably trained and resourced to fulfil their roles safely and in compliance with legal requirements. Mandatory training is identified where appropriate and must be completed as a condition of continued employment.
