Biowise launches 'tip & take' discount scheme

Biowise today announced its new 'tip & take' discount scheme, specifically aimed at helping local businesses dispose of green waste in a more environmentally friendly manner and encourage the use of organic compost in professional and domestic applications. The initiative allows landscapers, horticulturalists and land restoration companies in the area to tip a load of green waste for composting and take a load of our nutrient-rich organic compost at half price*.

Traditionally, Biowise has largely composted municipal green waste along with industrial liquids and sludges but Dan Ingram, Sales & Commercial Director of Biowise, believes there is also an opportunity for smaller businesses to benefit from the facility. He said “There are very few options in the area for disposing of green waste in an environmentally sustainable manner. Biowise operates a fully licensed site and industry approved composting process. As part of the scheme we are offering customers a price incentive to trial our organic soil improvers and fertilisers which are a cheaper and greener alternative to using chemical-based products”.
